“Dealing with Saul Sandoval was an absolute nightmare from day one. He is rude, unprofessional, and completely unhinged. The guy has the temper of a volcano and the ego to match. Ask a simple question about quality and boom — instant meltdown. It's like working with a ticking time bomb who thinks yelling is a project management strategy and I have him on video to back this up. He's sloppy and has absolutely no sense of responsibility. Everything was someone else’s fault, and God forbid you challenge him — he’ll scream at you like you’re a child. I paid him an extra $6k to build me a simple fence and honestly, I could have done a better job after watching a YouTube video. He also withheld a key and came INSIDE my property after closing, without my consent or knowledge. I only discovered his trespassing after I went inside and found a box of fencing materials on my living room floor and a toilet seat he left up in my daughters bathroom. He treats clients like an inconvenience and he got hostile and verbally asaulted me for pointing out his poor workmanship. He then sat outside my property for 20 mins in an attempt to intimidate me. I will be filing charges against Mr. Sandoval and taking him to small claims court. I sure hope he has a good lawyer. With all the evidence and video I have of him, I can and will bury this sad excuse for a man. I wouldn’t trust this man to build a doghouse, much less a house or a simple fence. Do yourself a massive favor and find a real man to build your house.”
