“Excellent service. I was able to transact all of my business by email. Responses usually came same day. I gave them an idea of what I wanted and Terri came up with the perfect presentation piece. She kept me informed and sent mock-ups to show what it was going to look like. The cost for the everything embroidered flag, frame and mounting was less than I expected. Shipping cost was reasonable. It got here well packaged & protected. It was covered with cardboard, inside bubble wrap, and wrapped in cellophane wrap, then put in a cardboard box. I definitely recommend these guys for your presentation project - they deliver!”

“Don't do any business here, as they are slow in getting orders in and completed. I was told 10 days for my cubs scouts uniform shirts to be ready. We'll over 10 days and still nothing. I NEEDED my shirts ready for Memorial weekend. All they said was they were going to be closed for Memorial weekend while having all these customers waiting on their uniforms. They should be ashamed if themselves. Plus non cordial people at the front desk. Never again”
