What Customers Say
“High quality product and service. Highly recommend to anybody looking to replace their old cabinets or when building something brand new. Hunter Trim & Cabinets is the place to call!”
“Hunter cabinets cancelled our job a few weeks before install, and they cashed our deposits. We had been working on drawings since September of 2022. They cancelled us in May of 2023. They refunded our deposits, but had to start completely over with a new company. They would not agree to work with our designer to continue with our order or a new builder that had worked with them previously. We could not even get them to return to repair damage to a door frame they had previously set. Their actions and how they treated us speak to who they are as a company.”
“I am a general contractor Clear Creek home improvements Fort Worth Texas. I'm mostly do kitchen remodels bathroom remodels and Room additions. I hired hunter trim and cabinets for one of my major kitchen remodels. I was not disappointed. I have used a lot of cabinet companies over the last 20 years. They are by far the best I've ever used. The craftsmanship was over the top the workmanship was top notch. From the moment we sat down in the office and met with Mallory to the scheduling to the plans everything was perfect. I would highly recommend you will pay a little more but you definitely get your money's worth. Kēvin Gwyn Clear Creek home improvements”
“I cannot begin to explain how disappointed we were with the poor service and lack of professionalism with this company. When the workers came to our house to install the shelves, they did not "tent" the area to contain the sawdust that was emitted and spread thick through our entire house and vents. We are actively living in the house and the workers treated this as a warehouse and in fact used that as an excuse ('you should see what the warehouse is like', one laborer said) for their mess. We even inquired before the work was started and only then, did they say to cover up the closest couch. We then used our own bedsheet to cover the closest couch. I have discussed this with 2 other friends of ours who have had cabinetry work on their house by other companies and they were shocked to hear about our story. They had their houses protected from the sawdust that was invariably generated from the sanding and wondered why such basic procedure was not done in our case. This should have come as no surprise to any company who does cabinetry. The owner said "what do you want me to do about it" as his initial reaction when we complained. Eventually after complaining again, we received a $100 discount and hours of agony and frustration in cleaning our house of a thick film of dust left by their work. I don't expect a spotless interior after such work is done, but this was an amazing lack of any standard procedure that other better companies go through. Also we had plans to place doors on our existing frame and despite an inspection by their contractor who told us the work could be done, it was eventually scrapped since the doors they tried to place were too heavy and were falling off the frame. They did deduct from the price the cost of supplies from the proposed doors.”
“Of all the trades involved in our new home build, these guys were the best! They were so easy to work with. I never had to call them to come fix something because it was all DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! So amazing! We love our cabinets. Thanks for having integrity ”
