“Warning to Other Subcontractors: We completed a project for JFA in Perryton, TX on Christmas Eve, after the owner insisted it was urgent and had to be done that day. We delivered the work as promised. Now, 8 months later, we still have not been paid. The invoice has accumulated 6 months of late fees due to nonpayment. Instead of simply paying what is owed, the owner is demanding that we sign a lien release before sending payment — which is completely backwards and puts subcontractors at risk. In my experience, this is not how an honest, professional contractor operates. If you’re a subcontractor considering working with JFA, proceed with extreme caution.”

Then they did an amazing job remodeling one of our Dickey's Barbecue Pits in the first quarter of 2016.
