I took the drawer to Custom Woodworks and Tank took the time to inspect it, explain the issue, and recommend the best long-term solution. What impressed me most was their honesty and professionalism. Rather than simply replacing the hardware, they identified the underlying problem, repaired the drawer, and got it operating correctly again. The craftsmanship and customer service were outstanding. Tank and his team were friendly, knowledgeable, and treated a small repair project with the same care and attention as a larger job. To top it off, they refused to charge me for the repair.
