“Great selection of scrubs and other kinds of uniforms. They usually have good deals going on and are pretty affordable. Very nice staff that helps you find whatever it is that you are looking for. Would definitely recommend it if you are looking for a workplace uniform.”

“Issue with lady up front . Will just be going to 5.11 after this... update 9/11/25! Unfortunately I had to go to mannys yesterday again! Do to my company having a contract with him . Again terrible services on behalf of the lady staff . As soon as I went in they just stared at me. As I approached them from across the room I said in spanish " good afternoon is Mr.Manny here at the moment ? Im looking into getting some uniforms " all they did was look at eachother and then proceeded to stare blankly at me again for 10 seconds !. It felt so awkward! I repeated myself in the counter again in spanish because thats the language they were talking before they stopped and stared at me when I walked in. Finally one of the ladies said all rude " what do you want ?" After we talked she brought Manny out who helped me out. I used to shop there every week and drop about $200 everytime but I stopped do to those ladies. Sad that Manny still has them there and it doesnt seem like hes going to do anything about it soon . Which is sad because one look at these comments and you can see hes losing business because of them .Then again maybe that's how Manny trained them🤷‍♂️ why else would you keep such terrible staff around 🤷‍♂️ they've been there for more than a year already so that tells you im not bs. And I've also worked at the bored and alot of the U.S customs and security guards feel the same way 🤷‍♂️. Changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars . Today on Sept 24 2025 I called otp for information on my uniform. I was answered by a very patient and kind lady that made me change my rating . Very helpful and felt welcomed even through phone”

“If you're planning to get uniforms or if your company sends you to get uniforms here, do not go here! They will give you the wrong size or the wrong uniforms after weeks of "working on them," and they won't return your money or make an exchange. Customer service is horrible as well.”

“Employee was very helpful but the lady at the counter just started eyeballing me!!! Made me feel uncomfortable! Was afraid to touch anything. I did buy something and she made me feel unwelcome. She had this look like if she was asking for the item for free. Won’t be going back at all!!!”
