“I had the unfortunate experience of discovering a mold issue in my small laundry area at my Flagstaff home during our family gathering on Memorial Day 2026. It took me opening several bays to locate the leak and make the repairs and then put a wider door into the area to facilitate future easier access to the appliances. Farrell the repair man came out promptly at 9 am and replaced the 30” x 30” remaining sheetrock piece (as pictured on the left) before leaving to help his daughter. Upon his return he patched the small hole on the other side and then tape/textured both sides of the wall and around the new door area.
