“Ok, so Trey with NxtLvlSlr was the first solar company we spoke with after sending out a request for information from local solar vendors in the DFW airport. It 1000% felt like it was too good to be true, but Trey had answers to all of our questions so we went ahead with the build out and installation. The roof survey and installation process all happened much faster than what he'd quoted us to be safe, and we weren't contacted by the installation contractors ahead of time (separate company), they just showed up and it was stroke of luck that we were able to be there while they installed. No issues with the install, we actually needed them to make some adjustments to the layout and they did it with no problems. After the installation, admittedly, my partner and I got a bit antsy and impatient about our energy output vs our consumption (we'd just moved into a new house that was also a new build). Trey was very calm despite our insistence and let us know what to expect over the next two months while our energy usage got down to what it will be regularly (you typically use more power when you first move in) and once the energy company is setup to receive power from us. Trey answered so many questions and so many urgent text messages and calls from us being worried that we'd been taken advantage of. But 2 months later, just as Trey said, things have landed exactly where they're supposed to be with us having paid no money down on the panels, receiving monthly credits from the energy provider our solar feeds into, and the payments on the panels themselves being less than half of what our energy bill was. There are a looottt of people that are getting taken advantage of in solar because of the government sanctions making it beneficial for consumers to make the switch. For a short period we thought we would be another horror story, but that was not at all the case and I'm so glad things went the way they did. Would absolutely recommend Trey if you're looking to move to solar.”
