“This is my first time going to the automotive Personnel Services in Baytown on Garth Road. I'm glad I went there the whole staff was nice and friendly it gave me Good Vibes soon as I came in. I dealt with Nicole Parker and I'm blessed to have met her and dealt with her.There has never been a time in my life when I started work the next day. But she helps me to lend a job the next day while sitting in the office with her. Truly amazing.”

“Do not contact this office or come to this location if you are looking for a job. I contacted this office and I was rushed to go into the office to do an “interview” which is not an actual interview, it’s for them to collect your personal identity documents and to take a drug test, etc. I was assigned to Daniel. He never reached out to me for a followup. I had to call repeatedly, left multiple messages, and he never called me back. The other workers in the office never offered to help and stated since I was assigned to Daniel I would have to talk to and follow up with him. I was finally able to reach Daniel over the phone, only for him to tell me that he needed to follow up with the company. I never heard back from him. I called and left messages and my calls were never returned. I have stopped contacting this office. I never write reviews but if I could give this location a zero I would.”

My recruiter, Amelia, initially set up an interview for me the day after I came in, which I appreciated. However, the follow-up process was disappointing. I was told I would be updated once a response was received, but after multiple attempts to check in, I stopped receiving any communication. As a recruiter, consistent communication is essential. Even if there is no update or the answer is negative, candidates should be informed so they can continue their job search and pursue other opportunities. Lack of communication like this makes an already stressful job search even more difficult. I would have appreciated more professionalism and transparency throughout this process.”
