What Customers Say
“Kenson, the certified plumbing technician that came out was awesome. I don’t particularly trust contractors in this area as a lot of them do shotty work but Kenson and his team was on point from the start. No beating around the bush. This is the problem, this is what we recommend to repair (no bandaids!) and how much it costs. Very knowledgeable and very pleasant to be around. Even the office staff are wonderful to deal with and huge shout out to Ali for answering all my questions and helping scheduling times. The craftsmanship and quality of work that was put in was far beyond my expectations. Kenson and his team thank you again. The only thing is I was told they could run a separate 120v circuit for the tankless water heater but they just tied into an existing circuit and said it would be extra for the addition of a circuit even though we talked about it prior. Not to thrilled but not a deal breaker. Still way better than any plumbing company I’ve dealt with. Super excited to see how their service/maintenance side is! Definitely recommend the check ups!”
“They came out and snaked the drain and that wasn’t even the problem. The first load of clothes I washed when they left flooded my garage. They tried to tell me it was because of my p-trap needing to be replaced. They never checked the kitchen sink to see if there were issues. Then after telling me it was fixed said it could be a day or a year that this would last because I needed a new p-trap. I called another plumber out there and the p-trap was fine. This plumber knew to check the kitchen sink and went in through the roof and everything is great with my house now. I also called in and left a message but it was with AI so it took them two days to call back but only because they saw it on a response to giving them a review that I text. They should have never charged for something they don’t know how to do. They definitely need better training and to quit trying to up-sale customers just to make more money. I had the other plumber call them to tell them what happened and they hung up on him. I will never use them again.”
“I chose this company based on its reviews, but unfortunately my experience was not a good one. I spent approximately $3,200 on what turned out to be a relatively minor issue. During the process, three different repairs were recommended and completed, yet none of them resolved the problem. I want to be clear that this is not a criticism of the technicians who performed the work. They were professional enough and I’m sure willing to find the issue if they had returned. My frustration is with the company’s management. After the recommended repairs failed to fix the issue, I expected more effort to return and resolve the issue, return my calls, and work with me toward a resolution. I’m willing to pay good money for quality labor and expertise, but spending that amount and still being left with the same problem is unacceptable. In the end, I contacted Texas Lonestar Plumbing LLC. They quickly identified the actual issue, and it turned out to be a relatively simple fix. They also worked with me on pricing after learning how much I had already spent without getting the problem resolved. I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I believe others should know about my experience. The issue wasn’t so much the workforce—it was the lack of follow-up, communication, and problem-solving from management when the initial repairs didn’t work.”
“Kyle was amazing! He walked us through every possible situation with every different price option for our plumbing issue. He was patient with my questions and made sure I really understood what the process would look like. We didn’t have a service done (at least not yet), he came to give us an estimate. But I think he did such a good job with the estimate and explaining everything that it warranted a positive review.”
“The only thing efficient about this company is efficient over charging you and taking your money. I set up a appointment for a tech to come to my home for a quote to fix my bathroom sink my appointment was on a Friday between 3 and 4. Kyle C. didn't show up until around 6:30! I called the office's answering services and a rep said she would get in touch with him. He then called me questioning why I called the office. Oblivious to the fact he didn't feel the need to call me the custome to let me know he would be running late because as he said "was on another job." I understand but it takes seconds to call or text your customer your status. It was a Friday night and I had plans. He then just came in and said I needed a new sink told me my options which were the highest of all the quotes I got. I called to speak to a manger about this ordeal 3 times and no one reached out to me. I had a membership with them so I canceled it because of their scrappy customer service. DO NOT USE EFFICIENT SYSTEMS! Update I called the number provided in the response and it routed to a clerk. She couldn't find out which manager left the response to my review. So it's like talking to def ears.”
