“Got an estimate the price was right very competitive. 2 technicians arrived on time very courteous and professional answered my questions and concerns to install a generator plug. very happy with the work I do recommend if you need electrical work.”

“Put up two of the same ceiling fans, one has slight wobble. Have not returned to fix it and initially blamed it on the product. Employee was late for class, in a hurry. Update, I was informed by an employee from Legacy Electric that electrician from JB Electric failed to tighten fan blade screws causing fan to wobble. Both were incorrect, I completed the task myself. JB Electric failed to tighten anchor screws because of problem with initial installation. It could have been avoided had he not been in a hurry to get to electrician class. JB Electric has never returned any of my calls.”

“I’ve used JB electric twice now, once for an overhauling a bakery’s electrical infrastructure and once for my to replace my homes breaker. Both times I was extremely satisfied with James and Adrianna. James is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, professional, hard working, and is honestly one of the nicest dudes ever(I’m not exaggerating). Adrianna is so good at her job that she remembered my name from a job at-least a year ago even though we had never had any contact prior and my name wasn’t on the contract, Working together they fit me into their busy schedule had my power back on within 3 hours of calling them today. I can’t sing their praises enough.
