“I have used Humphrey & Associates for over 20 years for both business and personal electrical work I need to have done. They care about communication, quality and are very punctual. No hidden fees or costs. They do amazing work and they always clean up their mess. I have had projects ranging from a couple hundred bucks to projects over $20k I currently have them working on a $3,500 project to run new power to a new piece of shop equipment I'm getting. These guys are high end professional electricians. I've dealt with Jeff over the years and the relationship is great. It's almost like having your own group of personal electricians. I highly recommended this company. Zero issues or problems with them in over 20 years.”

“One of their cars rear-ended me because the driver was distracted by his phone, and they have many complaints about this. They should hire more responsible drivers. I'm going to file a claim with their insurance company.”

“Initially came out and did what we called them for, we were told from an associate within the company one cost , and then the cost increased by hundreds . The communication after we disputed the cost stopped as if there was no need for an explanation and said bill needs to be paid. Ended up having another electric company come out that was up front and honest and took care of all of our electrical. Definitely no follow up on quotes and billing corrections . Lots of miscommunication internally with this company. No one wants to take accountability for mistakes anymore and this company is no exception. There are better companies out there, stay away from this one. Btw , bill has been paid. That wasn’t the problem, the overbilling with no explanation was .”
