“The entire experience from start to finish was seamless with KC renovations and we couldn’t be happier. Rhonda was so friendly when I first called and gave me all the information about payment options/scheduling up front. Eloy, the project manager, saw my vision exactly and understood what we wanted from our master shower remodel. We had a tricky project as we were trying to save and repair a herringbone patterned wall and he was the only contractor we had a bud from that was willing to try to save the wall vs tearing it all out. He was easy to get ahold of by text or email and had our quote to us in a few days. The quote was priced very well for the amount of work we needed done and included everything, but the tile and grout which we wanted to pick up ourselves. The renovation process was incredible. Luis and Juan were on time every day, had an entire truck fitted out with anything they could possibly need, incredibly clean, and asked us lots of questions throughout the process to get the finishes just right and exactly what we wanted or offered suggestions for better choices if it was something we weren’t sure on. They are very detailed oriented and you cannot even tell where the tile repair and pattern replacement happened on our wall. Our new shower looks incredible and we can’t wait to use it once the glass is installed. The project stayed on budget and within schedule and the guys left the bathroom extremely clean when they left. Eloy checked in with us often throughout the process and Rhonda sent all our invoices and receipts promptly by email. I cannot say enough good things about this team!”

“My wife and I needed a shower demolition and renovation install on short notice. We had mistakenly hired someone prior to renovate our guest bathroom with great materials on the cheap without fully looking into the type of work and results he promised. It took 2 weeks and was never completely finished. However, we found out the hard way that "you get what you pay for" and immediately decided we needed to call a professional renovator to fix our mistake. That's when we found KC Renovations. When I called, the owner answered and immediately scheduled Eloy to come see us and give us an estimate. It was great meeting Eloy. He gained our trust at that moment and we knew we would have a great end product. He explained everything to us about how KC Renovations would complete the job the right way the first time with the proper method, materials, and men he personally trained. Then for the next 6 days Luis and Juan worked hard and showed my wife and I what it meant to be true professionals. They were friendly, knowledgeable, honest, on-time, hard working, and very clean. I never worried anout their work ethic or integrity. They took care of small details and even took care of cutting and installing floorboard outside the bathroom (as the bathroom floor tile extends into the hallway and the floorboards were never finished by the other guy). I was so thankful and amazed by this. Luis and Juan were not only on-time each day, but they worked at a very high level as promised and cared about their job, the results, and the customer...wow! What a great team! I highly recommend KC Renovations for those needing new showers or anything they specialize in. They are professions in every way from the Boss, Manager, Technicians, and their Office Staff. A special thank you goes out to: Luis and Juan (and the 3rd man who helped them install the shower door). We will definitely hire KC Renovations again when it comes time to renovate out master bathroom. “Had deck built with roof. Kevin came out next day after my inquiry and measured and talked about what we wanted. I got a quote the next day and it was a good price. They scheduled it for work in about 4 days to start. The crew was very good and experienced. We were impressed and extremely happy with the results. We highly recommend KC Renovations for anything you need done as they do a lot of services and have plenty of help. We really appreciate the business for everyone involved from owner, employees including office. They cleaned up the area when done and removed all debris. We are very pleased. Thanks”

“KC Reno is very easy to do business with. The price was inclusive of the entire project. The team that renovated and built our new shower were the best! The communications along the project was spot on! The design was what I wanted and when it couldn’t be done that way due to the house structure, they explained why and immediately came up with a work around. It is beautiful. The shower they renovated was upstairs. They were considerate of the extra weight of the new shower. They covered our stairs and carpet. They cleaned up every day when they left. The team was friendly and listened to us. We will be calling them for all the projects we are planning!”
