“My experience with Corpus Christi Generac Supercenter has always been very positive -- we've used them at three different homes. Today Michael provided service and upgraded our 22KW unit at a new location. Micheal was on time, efficient, on-task, friendly and professional. Great service -- Michael and Shandi in the office are both assets to the company. Highly recommended.”

“I would never recommend this company. It has to be the worst service ever. Our generator was supposed to be installed and completed May 30. We are now on the Fourth of July and it just got done yesterday. This company has no communication. They also tell you one thing oh, this could happen. Our service guys will be here this day that day. It’s a lie. Their service people are so unreliable. Also, when you call the company and tell them Installation people haven’t showed up, they blame it on The installation person they take no personal responsibility whatsoever when they are the ones who outsource. Our generator was paid full for the bad service. They should’ve refunded us. Something I recommend DO NOT go with his company. Go with a Generac, but go with a different company. I will say they called to start it early so it was put in May 21. It took a few weeks lack of communication before the plumber. Everybody got it up and running and the trench just got covered July 3, but it was all paid for upfront in April. First picture was May 21 Last 3 on July 3. And again they told us the job would be done May 30”

“Now almost 2 weeks since beginning of install and still not finished and operational. Yes, I fully understand city inspections and holidays but zero communication or response to my inquiries by company. Typical BS sell it and forget it attitude so common in the Coastal Bend. While the actual electricians, gas plumbers and helpers-installers were great, the company is sorely lacking. Perhaps I should have selected another company for a $15,000 purchase & installation.”

“Had maintenance on my generator by Michael Vasquez. He was awesome! Friendly, personable, professional, polite, respectful. He answered all my questions and cleaned up the area after work completed. 10/10 would def recommend.”
