“I recently purchased a DC motor ceiling fan for my bedroom from Home Depot and requested a service referral for installation. Home Depot provided three companies and indicated they would reach out. Of the three, one never contacted me, and another quoted a price 63% higher than Mash Electric. After reading Mash Electric’s outstanding reviews, I felt confident choosing them—and I’m so glad I did. Mike contacted me within 24 hours of my request, clearly explained the installation cost and timeline, and promptly scheduled the appointment. He was professional, courteous, and very easy to communicate with. On the day of installation, Daniel called ahead to let me know he would be arriving shortly, which I truly appreciated since I have four small (and very vocal) dogs to secure beforehand. Daniel was professional, friendly, and respectful from the moment he arrived. Appearance and presentation matter to me, and Daniel exemplified that standard—it was clear he takes pride in both himself and his work. The installation itself was flawless. My ceiling is 16.5 feet high, and Daniel maneuvered an extremely tall ladder through my home with exceptional care, making sure not to bump into or damage anything. He worked efficiently, completed the job in a reasonable timeframe, and cleaned up thoroughly afterward—every bit of debris was neatly boxed. He even offered to take the old fan with him or place it wherever I preferred. Daniel also demonstrated excellent attention to detail and customer care. I initially declined mounting the remote on the wall, but he thoughtfully asked again after installation—perfect timing, as I had changed my mind. He then took the time to walk me through the remote’s many features, explaining everything patiently and clearly. Throughout the entire visit, I felt completely comfortable, respected, and well cared for. I received absolutely exceptional service from both Mike and Daniel. Mash Electric sets the standard for professionalism, quality workmanship, and outstanding customer service. Other companies would do well to follow their example.
