“I recently had Josh, from Force Home Services come to my home to perform the Summer HVAC maintenance. Josh was very thorough with this procedure. And he actually went above and beyond my expectations. Several months ago when a technician came out for my winter inspection, I informed them about how my heater was coming on, but that sometimes something was causing my circuit breaker to trip and leaving me without heat for a while. And in the end, that issue didn't get resolved - because it happened again, on the same day, after the technician left. Well, I explained all this to Josh. He went on to troubleshooting the system and then he opened the compartment where the heating coils are located to inspect it. Well, as soon as he opened that compartment and started to pull the panel back, a piece of foil tape WITH BURN MARKS came out! ( I believe if the prior technician would have done this same investigation, then my problem would have been resolved back then and would have saved me from the restless nights and stressful moments I went through ) I truly believe my heater problem has been finally resolved, thanks to Josh, and that this loose piece of foil tape was causing the short in the system. The only way I will know for sure is in a few months when we enter the cold weather season. But for sure, whenever I have Force Home Services return for the winter inspection, I will be requesting them to send Josh! In additional to all this, Josh also cleaned out my heat pump condenser coils (the unit that's outside the house with a big fan on top). And that was also done with great attention to detail. He cleaned it from the inside out! (which requires taking the fan off) I cannot speak for the entire team of technicians at Force Home Services, but what I can say is if you want a complete and detailed service to your HVAC system, and peace of mind that everything was done properly, or if you're having a problem that wasn't resolved by someone prior, then be sure to ask for Josh! “Service tech Josh and another tech ( apologies I don’t recall name ) were on time, professional, and did the work fast, even with having to drive to a parts place to get the right fuses for our old ass system. No heavy up-sales, just useful info about what he thought might become an issue soon. We gladly paid a small repair fee to re wire a fuse box that the last AC Co, from American Home Shield had done very poorly a year ago. Overall great experience! With Force.”

“We had our AC go out on Monday and gave them a call around 5pm, they called us back around 6:30pm and then were at our house Tuesday morning at 8am. Previously, I worked with Jax on a plumbing issue, then Larry to assess our AC. More recently, I worked with Brad Fox and let me tell you, these guys are hard workers. The job I hired Force Home took a little longer than expected, but Brad and his team worked nonstop to get my insulation up to code, and AC and ducts replaced. They didn't keep me in the dark and gave me updates throughout the job. Plus, these guys are great with cats and dogs, my family loved the guys from Force Home Services. Also, the back office is full of wonderful ladies who work to be one step ahead of you with paperwork.”
