What Customers Say
“Had AstroGen install a Briggs and Stratton 22kw generator 3/26/26. The process was simple and the workers showed up on time each morning of the install. The employees were great at communicating and preformed the work quickly. They took the time while trenching to ensure they did not damage the in ground sprinklers or utilities. Very happy with company and their work. Pricing was competitive with other companies i got quotes from.”
“From the install crew, whom where very professional, courteous, patient to Ethan, whom who came over for the first start up and oil change. I’m very impressed With each, and every individual that touched my generator and my home with the kindness and courtesy as if it were their own home. I have to admit I was very impressed with each and every individual that I came in contact with, I’m usually a very skeptical person when it comes to my home, but they made me feel very Confident in the decision I made by going with AstroGen. Thanks guys for all your hard work and patience.”
“We are very happy with Astro Gen. The install was done in one day and workspace was clean during and after install. The crew was very courteous and respectful. We had so many questions and they were answered immediately. Being a new owner of a Generator we also had questions on the weekend. They were promptly answered by Mason. We are very thankful for their service.”
“I am very happy with Astrogenerators! The pricing was very competitive compared to others. The install was done in one day and done on the day planned. The work space was kept clean during and was clean after completion. The customer service received from the office, sales and technicians is phenomenal! Kaden took time to explain everything to me, from the size I need for my home; Ethan is very polite, respectful and explained the unit to me. I definitely feel valued and feel very confident that if anything should go wrong, they will answer the phone and have me as a priority. Thank you everyone at Astrogenerators!!”
“I moved into a home that had an existing Generac that needed servicing. The technician said the stator was toast and might as well get a new rotor, too. I agreed. They said that was the problem. Install those and it'll work. I paid them up front cash about $2,700. When they couldn't get it operating properly, they sent out the "guru" that is now their salesman. He spent a few minutes looking at the unit and told me that it couldn't be fixed. That was AFTER they installed the stator and rotor. That the additional parts needed were no longer available because the unit was too old and proceeded to try to sell me a new unit for a huge amount. None of that was true. When I didn't buy a new one from them, that's pretty much the last I heard from them. I needed a solution and they walked me. I found another company that was able to quickly order the electrical parts needed (yes they were available), installed them and it now works perfectly. Bottom line is the Astrogen technician/salesman LIED to try to sell me a new unit. I contacted the owner and asked for a refund that was less than the discount the salesman offered on a new unit for labor charged (Don't mind paying for the parts). Yeah....NO I see that Astrogen responds to almost every Google review and I'm sure they will have some BS smarmy explanation why it's not their fault and it's all just a misunderstanding. All I can tell you is I won't be calling Astrogen again. UPDATE: As predicted, a weasel response. Yes, I did ask for a refund and wanted to let others know how it all went. Good luck to you if you need service. Maybe they'll tell you to install a lot of parts and THEN tell lie to you and tell you that it can't be fixed. 'Cuz that's what happened to me any way you slice it.”
