From start to finish, their service was excellent and truly went above and beyond. They were extremely prompt, professional, and respectful of my home and time. Before starting the work, they took the time to thoroughly explain exactly what they were going to do, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. What I appreciated most was how they educated me on how the electrical lines were running, why they were installed that way, and what needed to be done to move them safely and correctly. The work itself was completed efficiently and with great attention to detail. On top of that, the pricing was very fair and cost-effective, especially considering the quality of the work and the level of customer service. Even after the job was finished, they continued to be responsive and helpful when I had follow-up questions, which says a lot about their integrity and commitment to their customers. He replaced all components with the correct equipment. He even rewired my breaker panel to make sure they were positioned properly and the breakers were the right size.
