“I contacted Revive/Justin mid-morning on a Friday before Super Bowl Sunday. I had some grounding issues involving several electrical outlets that needed to be troubleshooted ASAP. I had a full schedule that day, but I mentioned I could meet someone at 1:00 P.M. that day if they had someone available. Justin quickly confirmed that he could have someone there by then. Justin ended up sending out Josh to investigate and resolve the issue. First of all, Josh is first-rate! He was punctual, extremely professional and courteous, and took the time to explain his planned troubleshooting steps and he checked in to provide periodic progress updates along the way. Justin provided lightning-quick services and OUTSTANDING pricing! Nowadays, it's VERY hard to find great reliable customer service, especially on short notice—same day!”
