“The experience dealing with them was fantastic from beginning to end! I had all of the lighting redone in my body shop and couldn't be happier. Work was done super quick and professionally. The job actually came in under what was quoted and ended up saving me a couple hundred dollars. I was pleasantly surprised it was actually lower that what was agreed upon, so they have earned my trust for any future projects I might have. Best place in League City by far!”

From the initial estimate all the way through to the completion of the job, the service was terrific and I felt valued as a customer. They even promptly came back a second time to install exit signs at a last minute notice. “The call for assistance went out in the morning and they were able to come to our house early in the afternoon. I was impressed that the owner of the company, Jeff, was the electrician that arrived. He believes in picking up the slack when necessary and possible or referring out, the business model I have always practiced and believe in. Jeff was very professional and fixed our problem efficiently. I would recommend this company.”

“Scheduled an appointment for a quote, they committed to come by the house for a quote in the AM, approximately 9-11AM. No electrician showed up. At 12:30, I called and asked if they were still coming, and they mentioned I did not make it on the schedule for today. They requested to come by the house at 3PM. As I write this review at 3.53 PM, nobody has arrived, no phone call with an explanation, no e-mail, nothing. An entire day was spent waiting. JL seemed like a pretty nice guy on the phone, and I am hopeful that he would take care of whatever needs you have with honesty and integrity. I suggest potential customers hedge their bets, and book at least 2 contractors to come quote on the same morning.”

“I have worked with Jeff on various projects for over 3 years. The projects ranged from projects for schools I have volunteered, a charity project, and after all that, I then had him work on my home. In fact, I think he has worked on 5 a total projects for me. Without reservation, I will say Jeff is honest, trustworthy, and has lived up to his word even when the cost came out of his own pocket. He paid for the difference out of his own pocket when there was a cost overrun due to our request on our charity project. I don't know many people that would do that just to keep his word. It was his contribution to the charity. He and his crew are professional and hard working. I have seen his crew work through the darkness to complete a project that should have only take a couple of hours, but due to complications from a previous bad installation it took him nearly double that time. In the end he knew the importance of the meeting the deadline. He has always made his appointment times. Only once due to a job overrun in a previous project, he was running a bit late. He sent on his apprentice to at least get things going. I understood and acknowledge the importance of him finishing things up. After all, I had witnessed his work ethic in one of my projects. I have no reservations in recommending him and if you want to contact me I can tell you the scope of these jobs. So I am not sure what the situation was in the previous comment that I read. It is the reason why I had to respond because in my experience its a 5 star review on 5 different projects.”
