“Kudos to these guys... I had to replace a section of the irrigation dripline since it had several big holes in it, and the water just spurts out. Called several places around in Plano/Wylie, and they said along with the couplers, I would need to buy the whole roll of 100', which was quoted at $66. It might be cheaper to call someone to fix it!! So I stumbled around and called Metro Irrigation. Ruben said he would give me a piece for free since everyone who came in needed just that much. I came by, and he gave me that piece along with a couple of the couplers, then he said 'it's on me'... What a nice person! Not only that but the people up front were so friendly when I talked to them. These guys just rock !!!!! That's all I can say!!! Their customer service is what's going to take them far !!”
