“After researching several roofing companies throughout Sugar Land and the Greater Houston area, I ultimately decided to move forward with Ace Construction Services for my roof replacement — and honestly, I’m extremely glad I did. I spent a lot of time comparing materials, workmanship, warranties, communication, and overall professionalism because my home needed more than just shingles. I needed significant woodwork and decking repairs, and I wanted to make sure the company I hired actually understood proper roofing systems and long-term protection for Texas weather. Ace took the time to explain everything in detail and helped me understand why investing in the right materials would better protect my home long term against Houston heat, wind, hail, and heavy rain. We ultimately moved forward with a full radiant barrier OSB decking upgrade, GAF Timberline UHDZ Class 4 Impact Resistant shingles in the Driftwood color, GAF Master Flow Pivot Boots, GAF StormGuard ice and water shield protection, and new 6-inch seamless gutters with gutter guards. The final result came out amazing. The roof looks incredible, the workmanship was top-tier, and communication throughout the entire project was excellent from start to finish. One of the biggest benefits for me was upgrading to the GAF UHDZ Class 4 impact-resistant shingles, which now qualifies my home for an insurance discount while also giving me significantly better protection. Ultimately, I was really happy with how the entire project turned out. The communication throughout the process, the final progress photos, and all of the warranty information gave me a lot of confidence in the investment I made into my home.
