“Kasey and Jennifer in the office handled the details of the sale and scheduling. They were courteous and efficient and explained things well. Brad and Matt showed up with the generator. The installation looks very professional. They did an excellent job of installing everything, making sure everything worked, and took the time to explain things, answer questions, and overall make sure we were comfortable with the generator and its operation. They even spent extra time making sure its operation was compatible with our heat pump. They ran into some trouble there that was the work of the people that installed the heat pump ~ not anything that they did! Just wish it had been a little warmer the next morning when they finished. The wind did have a nip to it! Great job! Would recommend these guys if you are looking for a generator! Robert & Lola”

“Lightning struck our generator, so I called Commercial Electric in Lubbock where we purchased it. They referred me to Generator Supercenter in Midland as it was closer. Kacey was so helpful, she explained that we need to renew our warranty as it was soon to expire and scheduled an appointment within a couple of days for our repair. Brad the owner of Generator Supercenter came today and repaired our generator. We could not have asked for a better person to do the job! He was very personable, extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He went through the process of elimination to trouble shoot our unit, he inspected everything, cleaned & replaced the ends on the battery cables and explained everything he did. Our generator runs like a brand new one! Brad is a perfectionist, he takes pride in his work to the point he even re-drilled and changed out a few wallowed-out screws on the panel box lid! As a retired tech of 30 years myself I was definitely impressed with his work ethic. If there were 100 stars, I would give them a 100-star rating! I highly recommend Generator Supercenter of Midland to anyone needing their generator repaired or purchasing a new generator. They offer excellent customer service from the office to the service tech. I cannot “Thank” Brad and Kacy enough doing a great job and making this a seamless repair. Living 15 miles out of town on a ranch and lose power often, sometime for many hours which is a inconvenience. We do not have a local service company and most out of town people don't want to come this far to work. Finding someone like Brad is truly a real blessing! No question about it we will always call Generator Supercenter in Midland for all our generator work or replacement!”

“Purchase & Installation of a 24kw Generac- I can’t say enough about Generator Supercenter. From the beginning with the initial quote to the end, Brad and Kasey were there to answer all of our questions. They made the process so simple and hassle free. “….out of the gate this was a fantastic experience. One call and Mr. Swift had an appointment set to come to our house and go over our options (same day!) He is absolutely a wealth of knowledge and experience with home power and full home power generators. We had a family vacation set and were leaving soon so they jumped through multiple hoops to get everything lined up for the parts we needed to be present for, as well as lining up all of the inspectors and making sure everything went without a hitch. Our house is total electric and therefore needed a gas tap…if you have ever dealt with Atmos you know sometimes it can be a challenge 🙃 Brad kept pinging his contacts and made sure everything was done. This is really a family affair with these guys, even his wife and daughter were here to help with ditching and clean-up! We have 2 small dogs that they even managed to work around, and make friends with while we were out of the country. Matt is a superstar and even with problems with our landscaping company Brad and Matt came out, re-dug ditches to make sure our issues were not their fault (they WERE NOT caused by Generator Supercenter) and helped me to get the issues fixed. By far the easiest, cleanest, best folks to deal with in our entire back yard renovation. We have even added lighting to make our generator a highlight of our backyard 😊 10 of 10 on price, communication and overall ease of doing business- Do Not put your faith in our electric grid- protect yourself and loved ones with a generator, and don’t look any further than these guys!!!”

“The owner Brad came out today to service our unit and wow we can’t say enough about him and this company!! Beyond kind, professional and knowledgeable. He took his time and thoroughly explained everything he was going to do and educated my husband and I about the generator. He replaced the battery, different wires/connectors as necessary and meticulously deep cleaned our unit and breaker box on the house. Let me just say, our generator looks brand new! He was absolutely amazing and we can’t thank him enough for all he did!! When we called Kacey was just as wonderful and helpful and got us set up on their yearly service plan and helped us transfer ownership of the generator. We couldn’t be happier that we found this company. Hands down the best around if you are in need of a generator or any service or issues. We will definitely be recommending them to everyone!!”
