“If you are looking for an electrician and scanning the internet for someone to call, stop your search!! Ronnie with Complete Electrical Solutions is who you are looking for. I live in a house built in 1973 and when I purchased it the inspector told me my electrical panel was a known faulty panel and needed to be replaced. I also wanted to get set up for a generator hook up for power outages. Ronnie walked me through every upgrade, installation and operation I needed to have and understand to accomplish what I wanted. He even showed me where I could save money by upgrading some of what I had and pointed out dangerous faults in my home that needed to be fixed. He worked through Texas thunderstorms followed by extreme heat and humidity with most of the work being outside. Ronnie made every effort to keep my family with power/AC as much as possible by isolating circuits. Ronnie’s work ethic and professionalism are matched by none. I found my electrician for any future job I need, if you are reading this I suggest you call their number. Look at the reviews! “Thank God for Complete Electrical Solutions! I loss power in the upstairs part of my house but had power downstairs. My generator came on and I knew we had a problem. I googled for “electricians” and CES came up. After reading all the great reviews, I contacted them and got Ronnie. Explained my situation and he advised me that it was probably an underground wire outage but to call Centerpoint. Centerpoint came out did their checks and balances spoke to Ronnie via a phone call and confirmed what he said it was, an underground wire outage. Ronnie came out after hours on a Monday to access the damages and provided me a quote. On Tuesday, he got started and what a job he and his staff had to do. Ronnie took care of contacting Centerpoint, ATT for the cable and others to get everything marked off so they could get to digging. On Wednesday, they started laying the casing and running the wire from my breaker box to the transformer box as well as replacing my breaker box. Although you never know what you’re going to encounter until you start, they were able to work out the challenges they incurred underground. By Wednesday morning at 12:30 am we had power!!!! Ronnie had to also replace my breaker box to bring it up to par with industry standards. He labeled each breaker switch so that we could easily identify which breaker worked for each room in the house. I found Ronnie to be very pleasant, professional and courteous!! When I tell you this man knows his business and works hard to resolve electrical problems and communicates well to keep you in the loop each step of the way, he absolutely does a fantastic job!!! He serves all of HOUSTON and surrounding areas. So don’t hesitate to give him a call. The other reviewers did not lie. He is a standup hard working guy!!!
