“Horrible customer service, expect sticker shock. Dishonest, expects the customer to understand while never explaining. Will just tell that's how it is, and cannot/ will not explain pricing. Just assumes the customer is stupid . Good luck with consistency, on labor pricing and honesty. . In general....maybe YouTube and do it yourself. This company just drains your account”

“One of the most trusted and honest company! We had a hose bib valve that has been leaking for months and everyone we talked to gave us really sky high estimates (500-1250). These gentlemen ( Kenneth and Tommy) came out and replaced the valve O ring for $160. They are honest repairmen which we don’t find many these days. If you have any plumbing, air or heating needs go straight to these guys. You will thank me later!👍5 stars! Follow-up comments: The valve leaked again a day after service rendered. I agreed to pay again for them to come back to replace not only the valve but also the copper line coming from the wall. Upon close examination they informed they would not be able to repair it and left. Since then i had someone else replace the valve with no issues. I don’t think a 5 star rating is deserved but decided not to change it. This additional comment will do the job”
