“I would like to recognize the owner Junior for calling me and correcting a miscommunication regarding the scheduling and earning my business back. I can tell that he cares about his service to customers. The tech they sent out also did a good job! I would recommend K&S to anyone looking for good, reliable service.”

“Pathetic service and response times. Have called 6 times since yesterday. My HVAC is not working since yesterday. I have 2 kids at home suffering due to heat. Everytime they are saying someone will call you right away. No one calls. Then they say we booked you for emergency appointment today; then i get message we are delayed will arrive anytwhere between12-5pm next day. Then at 4 pm i get message, we will arrive between 5-7pm. Now i call them they are closed. No one responding to messages. I cannot take my family out to some airconditioned place also: bcz they mentioned i need to be at home. Horrible Update: 3rd day without AC in scorching heat. Technician came: checked: said blower issue. He will submit the report and dont know ehn the part will be here. No contact from the main office. Not even a single call from the team to tell what is the status or if the part is being ordered or what is the next step or any eta. Nothing..... i am assuming they will call or update tomorrow. But imagine 3 days in this heat of 91 degree with kids at home. Horrible service”

“Just the worst company to work with. I originally called because I smell something bad coming out from vents upstair. I also requested for air re-balance because some rooms are too cold during Winter. We were still covered by the warranty. None of them were fixed!! It didn't take couple minutes to answer problems I had. The guy didn't bother to check anything. Terrible company already. For air balance, they are gonna check with their way. They will always be right because its always honna be near the vent to check the temperature. They will fix it only if you pay additional fees. No point of having warranty with them. I asked for it smells bad. A guy came and said it's normal without looking at the system. Just recommend cleaning with additional fees. They won't fix any. They won't admit what they did wrong.”

“I was referred by a neighbor and called Corey (owner) on a Wednesday morning and he had his rep at my house within a few hours. Mark sat down with me and drew everything out as well as educated me in depth about my options. He was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable! Mark had his crew here the next morning to replace my entire AC system! The install crew was amazing and super friendly too! I highly recommend them!!”
