“I had a great experience with Mayer Solar. The crew was fast, professional, and very efficient. They arrived early in the morning and completed the job the same day. In addition to installing the solar system, they also replaced the roof shingles on my home, and everything was done with great attention to detail. After the installation was finished, I asked them for a favor and requested a design change—my wife wanted a few panels moved to the other side of the house. I spoke with the crew lead, and he said he would see what he could do. He went inside, came back out, and the three panels were moved exactly where my wife wanted them. I highly recommend Mayer Solar to anyone looking for quality work and lower energy bills. Excellent service overall.”

“My experience with Mayer has been terrible. Solar panels were installed Dec. 22nd 2025. One panel was shattered they put it up anyway. The delivery guy dropped a pallet on a another package and it damaged the battery so they brought another and installed it in Feb. Since then it took a long time for them to schedule electrical connection despite coming out in March, April and May we still are not connected to solar power. And the broken panel is still up there. I also have reached out called and can’t get a hold of anyone I leave messages and no one returns my calls. I am at the point where I don’t know what to do because all this work has been done but there’s nothing to show for it. No one answers their phone line and no one calls back on their messaging service. I thought about Removing the panels but that will cause roof damage to a brand new roof and open up a new set of more expensive problems. The whole point of getting solar for my family was saving money… so far that hasn’t happened. I’m accepting suggestions on how to move forward. BBB, lawsuit, local news station, report for fraud idk?”
