“They easily take tens of thousands of dollars of your money but having them come out to deal with any issues or uphold any promises they themselves make is like pulling teeth! We had an issue that was under warranty so you’d think that wouldn’t be a problem? But goodness - the amount of times I’d have to call to schedule them to come out to fix it is ridiculous! Only bc THEY don’t SHOW UP. Or follow through. I’d try to call and they tell me yup, they’ll call me back with specifics and updates and nada. I’d make an appointment and clear my schedule to wait literally HOURS for anyone to show up and nada. I’d email the contact I was given and half the time don’t get a response. Then after getting FRUSTRATED, a WEEK later, they call out of nowhere and tell me with 30 min notice - “ok we can come now.” Their own lead electrician (and even another maintenance guy) finally came out and acknowledged that they dropped the ball. He promised us months ago that he would do a year of maintenance (basically a checkup and 1 oil change) to make up for the hassle. I *stupidly* believed him. Now, A YEAR after all the issues. My generator FINALLY works properly. When I ask about the maintenance..oh what maintenance they say? Well it’s not written in the email correspondence so that can’t be true. But also..we don’t offer maintenance in the company. I find that odd considering they literally tried to sell us a maintenance plan and both the most recent technician AND the scheduler mentioned their maintenance crew. Keep in mind, this was an offer their electrician made himself. Without prompt. He made it seem he wanted to make things right. That’s the thing - they’re all slimy salespeople it seems. They say a lot in person to sell you on what seems like a great product but do the ABSOLUTE MINIMUM work possible. We WANTED to hire them to do the maintenance originally bc they put it our generator. We thought about signing a contract with them but decided to wait to until all this debacle ended and then to sign a contract. But they’ve shown their true colors. Please please please avoid this group like the plague! I hope to inform all our friends and neighbors to avoid the hassle, headache, and LIES from this group. You buy a generator for peace of mind. All kenerator offers is frustration and not honoring promises made even after acknowledging their own failings.”

“Kenerator appears to have bought and cannibalized the dealer that installed my Generac, whom I was happy with and they were easy to reach. Now, when I call the same number, I am forwarded to Kenerator, and after waiting 10+ minutes on hold just to get an operator, I gave up. Just for having dialed the number, I now get harassed with their texting service updates. They couldn’t answer the phone but they sure made certain to capture my number to send me spam. 0% chance I continue with them for my maintenance needs.”

“Had a Kohler generator installed Kennedy at my home in Rockwall a few weeks ago. I’ll report back when it has been used as a backup but for now I’ll just review the install. Everyone at Kenerator was exceptional in there job. From Josh the sales rep to Tasha the office coordinator I had nothing but Great service. The install could have been done in one day but they needed to pour a concrete pad which added some time but from start to finish it only took a week. They handled everything from the electrical work to the gas plumbing to the permits with the city. The crew was friendly helpful and answered all my questions as I am a curious DYI’r. Haven't had an opportunity for the generator to do what I install it for, as a back up when the power goes out, but the peace of mind that it's giving me even for short power outages is worth the money spent. Plus I'm sure that when I go to sell this house the generator installed Will only add to its value Great work generator. Five stars and a thumbs up!”

Not only was Bain Chiba a very knowledgeable salesman but he also listened to my needs and worked to make it what I wanted and needed. The other company could not match the price and was dumbfounded how they could do it all for their price! Very happy with Bain and the staff from the office to the install team! Highly recommend”
