“I requested a follow-up evaluation on several upgrades to my electrical system from last year, and Zach came out to do a full inspection. He identified a few opportunities for improvement and provided excellent service throughout the process. At one point, I thought there might be an issue with the upgraded equipment, but Zach called me directly and quickly helped determine that the problem was actually due to the city power being shut off — not the new installation. That gave me a huge sense of relief. Very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable service from Mr. Electric. Highly recommend.”

They came out the next day and the technician was on time and very honest about all the issues he found and what they recommend. He was not pushy and up front of what needed to do to be up to code, since there was some new things since house was built. He also did a full house inspection to make sure nothing else was affected. He even went out of his way to help put up some lights for me while he was there since that was part of the problem. This was my first time using them, recommended from a neighbor.
