“These folks are terrific! I searched all over the internet trying to get my backflow tester repaired and assumed I’d have to send it back to the manufacturer. While looking at new testers, I came across this company and was genuinely surprised to find they were right in my neighborhood. I’ve been doing backflow testing for many years and never even knew they existed. I walked in, and they repaired my tester, calibrated it, and certified it while I waited. Hard to believe I almost spent $1,000 on a new tester. I also learned they stock repair parts for backflow devices—something that used to require ordering parts and waiting several days.
