“Wow what a shame of a company, contacted Eric almost 2 weeks ago to have him go to tenants house to check the AC that stopped working he said he's going to contact the 10 inch to schedule, not only he didn't contact the tenants he does not answer a call or text messages he literally just vanished, I tried to call a few times and text and the property management had tried as well, I wish you could just tell me that he's not available instead of wasting two weeks over time trying to chase him down”
