“I am currently closing on a house built by MDJ. The house has many thoughtful design features that make it stand out from other new builds in the area. The finishes are excellent as well. Through the purchase process, the builder was responsive to the minor issues raised and resolved the points quickly and with great quality in parallel with the purchase process. I will add to this review as the first year of ownership continues. For now, the house looks excellent and I am grateful for the excellent working relationship with MDJ!”

“We had an outstanding experience with MDJ Construction Group and could not be happier with our home. The quality of their work is exceptional — from the cabinetry and drawers to the overall finishes, everything reflects great craftsmanship and attention to detail. The buying process itself was top notch. We were given multiple “blue tape” walk-throughs where we inspected every inch of the home — drywall, paint, flooring, small dents — and every single concern was addressed before closing. Even though this wasn’t a custom home, the quality and design truly stood out compared to many others we looked at, and we fell in love with it immediately. One of the biggest highlights has been their one-year warranty. Anytime we noticed something after moving in — like a door not closing properly, a few hairline drywall cracks, or a squeaky floor (all completely normal settling for a new two-story home) — they were always quick to respond. Within days, the superintendent and a crew would be at our home, fixing the issue with professionalism and care. They were always on time, easy to reach, and kind throughout every interaction. A true testament to their commitment came shortly after we moved in, when Hurricane Beryl hit. The storm caused part of our fence to lean — something that obviously wasn’t their responsibility. But MDJ still sent crews out multiple times to reset and straighten the sections for us. That level of support went above and beyond, and we were so grateful they stepped in to help. From start to finish, MDJ Construction has stood behind their work and their word. They’ve been responsive, professional, and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. We are so thankful to have chosen them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a builder that delivers both quality and integrity.”
