“Time estimate was horrible. They estimated 5 days to do the job and it took 4 weeks. There was no additional work required over what was quoted. We were under a time restraint because we were selling the property. On the 1st day I called to see if they started. The office manager told me they were starting but a slight delay due to previous rain. I called the next week and was told they were finishing the next day. They did not. I asked for photos of the work they were doing and never received anything. They changed office managers the second week. I reviewed what I had been told with the new office person. She said she would check with the contractor on site and get back to me. They did not. I asked for the owner to call me and he never did. Week three I had to request an extension on the sales agreement because we were selling the house. They finally finished the work after four weeks. All the work was complete by tunneling under the foundation because the house was completely remodeled on the inside. After they left, my real estate agent informed us that the inside of the house was dirty with mud tract on the floors. So thirty six hours before closing a cleaning service had to be hired to clean. The only positive thing of the whole experience was the final price did not exceed their estimate. I can only assume that the work was completed correctly because I was not there to witness it. But three times the time estimate is with no additional work reported is ridiculous.”

He has shown up promptly on time and did a professional job of explaining to me what he felt needed to be done. Thankfully each time it was not my foundation.
