I had a small issue to be followed up with and James was quick to get his guys and himself out to address the problem and resolved it quickly. That’s priceless customer service. I will definitely be reaching out to them again for future construction work and recommend them for your own.”

“This company is contracted through Choice Home Warranty. I was supposed to have my water heater replaced by them due to damage caused by the winter storm & THEY HAVE YET TO COME REPLACE IT. I’ve had 3 appointments scheduled but no one has come nor has anyone reached out to me. Even Choice Home Warranty can’t get ahold of anyone. I hope anyone reading this will NOT use them for any type of service. I am going to submit as many BAD reviews as possible. It is going on 1 month & I haven’t had hot water.”
