“wasted my time with this company. they came out for an estimate and basically said they didn’t see the benefit of what a structural engineer report said to do. that makes no sense because they didn’t assess anything with the property, so how did they come to that conclusion? I got the impression the job was too small but instead of just saying they don’t do that sort of work I had to follow up over and over again for the quote for 2 weeks only to never get one. total waste of time. the gal who handles the emails was prompt. so 2 stars simply because of her. I wouldn’t recommend this company as they’re more interested in contracting an expensive job instead of doing what most benefits the customer. that’s what I would call untrustworthy.”

“These guys are simply AMAZING!!! I have used them for several GMP-sensitive projects at my Pharmaceutical Manufacturing facilities, and they have never disappointed. From their ultra-competitive quotes, to their extremely high level of customer service, I really don't have to elaborate on the quality of their work, and how they stand by their repairs (although I have never had to have any of my projects "reworked/repaired"); However, I do know that Align Foundation Repair does it right the first time, and if for any reason further "adjustments or modifications" are ever needed, then they are just a simple phone call away. Call them, leave a brief message if their office personnel are currently assisting other customers, and they will ALWAYS get back to you in a timely manner. Everyone at Align Foundation Repair has been excellent, however, ask for Jason - He's my "go-to contractor" anytime I have an issue that I need addressed at either of my two manufacturing campuses; You WILL NOT be disappointed!”

“I asked Align to come inspect the pier and beam foundation as precaution since it has been several years of living in the house. Spoke to a very nice woman when I called. Scheduling was easy. I appreciated the email to confirm the appointment. The technician who came was so kind and knowledgeable. And it turned out that he had been to the house when the previous owner was preparing to sell! What a small world. Anyway, nothing needed doing and he reassured me all was well. So at least I have peace of mind too! I will be sure to recommend the company and use them in the future.”

“I had a poor experience with align foundation. From start to finish, the communication was an issue. They never called before showing up, so I had no idea when to expect them. When they stared the work outside they told me a plant was going to be in the way so I dug it up but then they proceeded to pile dirt on other plants and they were killed. When I emailed about it they told me they were “covered to protect them from the digging.” On top of that, every time I managed to get in touch, I received conflicting information about what was going on. For example,I was told when we did the back fill it was going to be done in four places of the house and the day of they only did it in two. They also took apart my laminate floor but didn’t put it back together, leaving it in disarray and I had to buy the tools and put it back together myself. To make matters worse, they tore and cut holes into the padding underneath, which now needs to be replaced. When it came to paying I used a check but they said it didn’t clear and then charged me a fee because it didn’t but when I asked my bank they said there shouldn’t have been an issue because I had the money to cover the check. The lack of attention to detail and disregard for my property was appalling. If you want clear communication, respect for your property, and a professional approach, look elsewhere. This was a stressful and disappointing experience from beginning to end.”
