“Vidal came out to inspect the pier and beam foundation on a home we just purchased. Other companies had told us we needed repairs and quoted thousands for the work. Vidal gave me a very honest report that basically said no work was needed. He said the foundation is in good condition and any work done on it would end up causing more issues.
