“I contacted Level Check Foundation Repair on a Saturday evening and received a response within an hour. They scheduled an inspection for the following Monday morning, and Cris Maldonado arrived right on time. He was incredibly friendly and professional while performing a thorough leveling measurement to address our concerns. He provided us with the great news that our foundation is in good shape and does not require any services. I truly appreciate his honesty and efficiency as he was in and out in under an hour and even offered a prayer for our home before leaving. They didn’t ask for any payment, making the entire experience free, easy, and stress-free. Thank you again!”

“I regret ever calling Level Check Foundation. Amy was professional and easy to work with, but once Troy (Tray—whatever his name is) got involved, everything went downhill fast. After I had already sent a deposit based on the original estimate, the scope of work suddenly changed—and so did the price. At that point, I felt trapped. What choice did I have after they already had my money? The end result is a nightmare. My elevated home was left with the entire floor ripped out and thrown away, replaced only with plywood. There is nowhere near enough support underneath, and the supports that were installed are spaced farther apart than industry standards. Every single day the plywood cracks, sags, and bends. Two separate contractors have outright refused to work on my home because of the unsafe condition Level Check left it in. When I called Level Check back to address the lack of floor support, it took an unreasonable amount of effort just to get them to return. Again, Amy was helpful, but the work done to “fix” the issue was clearly just a temporary placeholder—not a real solution. Foundation repair? What foundation? They gutted my floors and left virtually nothing properly supporting them. My home is worse off than before they touched it. I deeply regret the day I contacted Level Check Foundation and would strongly caution anyone considering them to look elsewhere.”

“I noticed a crack in our exterior stone/brick and decided to give a call to Level Check. The prompt response was welcome and an appointment was scheduled. Stephania came out and took her time and really inspected the foundation both interior and exterior. She was very patient with my grandkids running all over the place and very friendly and courteous. After the inspection she let me know that no work would be needed at this time, but to check in again in 6 months. I really appreciated the honesty and professionalism. I HIGHLY recommend this company if you have a foundation issue or question.”

“Extremely professional and qualified to come out and give you a recommendation for your foundation. They were able to accommodate our schedule quickly and gave us instantaneous readings and offer a comprehensive review report to assess their findings. We felt very comfortable with the results and are considering the proposal which seemed very reasonable for the quality of work. We were also impressed by the fact that they do readings of measurements upon completion and come back and check status post foundation work so if there is any movement or shifting they can qualify the changes!
