“We appreciated the explanation and documents Scott gave us on the condition of our roof. He wasn’t pushy and very knowledgeable. We had our roof replaced and were impressed with how quickly the crew was able to work on the roof. Full completion was about 5 days. Only thing I would say negative was the tools and equipment the workers were using filled our casita was a toxic gas smell during installation. I work in our casita and had to leave the house as it made me incredibly sick. It would have been nice to have had a warning this could occur. Over all the installation of the new roof was done professionally aside of the mess during the installation. The crew did clean up for the most part at the end of the day. “The tile roof was about 22 years old. It needed to be replaced with the appropriate underlying materials. Our salesperson, Harrison, was very professional and personable. He helped us understand the situation and agreed. He stayed in touch with us through the implementation process. The implementation team was also very professional, although their English language skills were limited. None the less, they did an excellent job and cleaned up the area after each day. It was a three-day project.”
