“So I bought a new exterior door from Lowe’s like a confident grown adult… then immediately realized I have zero idea how to install a door and zero desire to learn on YouTube 😂. I checked handyman apps but the whole “hourly rate” thing felt like a financial gamble because who knows how long a door takes?? I hit up my neighborhood app and called a few neighbors and that’s how I found Handy Randy’s General Contracting — and listen… just call Randy first and save yourself the spiral. Randy was energetic, professional, and ready to get me in SAME DAY (who even does that anymore??). The install was done by Francisco and Dennis and these guys were on it. Communication was solid — I knew when they were coming, no guessing games. I work from home and told Randy I had a 1pm meeting. The crew walked in and Francisco goes, “Hey I saw in the notes you have a meeting.” Sir… organization AND respect for my schedule?? Already impressed. They got straight to work, I jumped on my meeting, and about an hour later — boom — beautiful new exterior door like I suddenly have my life together. Price was right. Work was clean. No drama. No mess. No headaches. Quick, professional, and efficient — exactly how I like my home projects handled. Do yourself a favor — call Randy first and skip the trial-and-error phase with other companies.”

“Handy Randy was prompt, reliable, and professional. They did a great job replacing rotted wood, prepping and painting the house. I had picked a color that turned out awful. Handy Randy called and said I may not be happy with the look and when I came home, he was right. I paid for new paint and they repainted for free. He also stained and sealed my wood back porch. Everything looks great now. I have used many different contractors and handy men and by far he has been the best. Everything I had a concern about he addressed with no issues. I will be using this company again for several new projects.”

“Randy replaced a sliding patio door for us. He was punctual, responsive, and very helpful. It looked like some complications arose but he still got the job done. Price-wise he is very reasonable and affordable. It looks great! I am definately using his services again!”

“Randy and his son do an excellent job. A former master electrician, there isn't much Randy can't do well. Yesterday, he went to replace a GFI and discovered a fault in the circuit resulting from poor and shoddy installation of a mosquito misting device by another contractor. 15 minutes later it was fixed and we'll follow code going forward. This guy and his son can build a house so give him a shot. Plus, really nice people too. Once in a while he'll be late or push the appointment to the next day. Understand it's because he's thoroughly finishing up on the previous job and scheduling is an art.”
