“Daryl provided old fashion, great customer service. A lost art in today's society. He was prompt in arriving and had the problem solved by the time I got outside to meet him. He was honest and respectful on the phone and in person. I called him at 9:30pm, on a Sunday night and was expecting the usual weekend, late night additional charges, but was shocked by the NO additional charges for a late night weekend job. AC was back to cooling properly within 30 minutes of his arrival. I would give him 10 🌟. Highly recommend Daryl and TRUE TEXAS.”

“We had a great experience with Darryl and Lucio. True Texas came and gave us a competitive bid for a couple options to replace our aging AC unit. With Darryl's advice, we chose the best option for us, which was a 2 stage air conditioner. Darryl is a great guy to work with. He is knowledgeable, fair, hard working, and does exactly what he says. “I have been using Daryl for over two years, he is honest, hardworking, and his pricing is very reasonable. While waiting for a replacement unit to come in to be replaced my second unit stopped cooling. I text Daryl on a Sunday night at 9:30 pm to see if he could stop by the next day and check it out. He told me he was just leaving a service call and was 12 minutes away. He showed up and found the capacitor was bad and replaced it on the spot. He is dedicated to his customers needs and I can't say enough good things about him.”

“Our A/C was not cooling down to the temp the thermostat was set at. I left a message at True Texas just before 5pm on a Friday afternoon. Daryl called me back within 10 minutes. He came out on Sunday to check the system. He could not find a leak and partially recharged the system with freon. Daryl returned a couple days later, found the source of the leak, resolved the leak without replacing any parts and fully charged the system. All at a very affordable price. We were very pleased with the service and True Texas will definitely be the first company we call for any HVAC repair and maintenance needs.”
