“HORRIBLE. My 83 yr old Aunt had her AC go out and her Home Warranty sent ACM Mechanical out. He showed up at 8pm and said it was not getting power. She could not understand him and called me because he wanted payment and she thought he said he could not fix it. She asked him to speak to me and he refused so I told her not to pay him. He drove off. I called him today so speak to him and get him paid so he can get the info to the Home Warranty. At first he would not answer my calls and hung up on the Home Warranty Co. Finally he did answer and said he can fix it but in 2 weeks. I feel this is out of spite. He is not a nice man. I am now calling the home warranty company to get another company out to hopefully fix it. I can't believe he would let an 83 yr old Widow suffer in this heat especially when it is suppose to be over 100 all next week.”

“I don’t often write a review unless the service is exceptional. The technician, Alfredo, did an excellent job-he first diagnosed the problem and communicated his findings using terms I can understand (especially since I know nothing about an AC unit), he also took his time to make sure his work was clean and efficient, and was incredibly professional. I won’t use anybody else. I am a most satisfied customer. Thank you, Gracie”

“The tech Mauricio comes out for a quote, puts his foot right through my ceiling instead of walking on the wood beams and doesn't offer to repair after seeing the damage! Instead, he sends me a $15,000 quote for services and tells me that he was doing me a favor by coming out for a free quote! Well a) it isn't free if it costs me a drywall job and b) everyone else on Yelp said they'd come out for a free quote! So unprofessional and careless.”

“Our AC blower needed to be replaced. Although I reached out to them on a holiday in the middle of a rare and harsh heat wave, they came very fast and replaced the blower. I really appreciate the service and responsiveness of the ASM and will always consider them as a trustable go to place in future.”
