“Wow, great company! I had them out after two other AC companies told me I needed an additional return duct and plenum installed. They arrived on time, even earlier. Christian was honest about the work not needing to be done, but was happy to perform the installation if I wanted. He did some calculations and assured me it wasn't necessary. I really appreciated the time he took, even if it meant less money for them. I ended up just getting maintenance done. Because they were such an honest company, I cancelled my membership with the other bigger company. I will now only use HVAC heroes! I've also referred them to my mom for future use. Thank you so much, HVAC heroes!”

“We hired hvac HEROES to fix ac on Sep 10th, they quoted us $1100 for a motor and charged us $2104 for the repair. We paid the invoice, but the issue was never fixed. Since they refused to come out until 5 days later we disputed the charge. We also had to hire and pay another contractor who said the part they changed wasn’t even faulty, he fixed that right away. After the dispute the company and owner Triston Wilson started harassing us and threatening to enter the house and take “THEIR” motor which they never even provided invoice for initially. Since it was a rental property i agreed to pay the cost of motor as long as they can show a receipt. Triston emailed me a receipt proof of payment to lennox and sent me a new invoice of $807, mind you this was much less than what they told me as price for the motor. On banks Recommendation i told Triston, that i will pay this once our dispute settles but he said that they have accepted the dispute and wanted me to zelle the money right away (always remember zelled money never comes back). But i work for a bank and know these tricks so i paid through the invoice via the same credit card that i used initially. Triston apologized for the mess (see texts) and agreed it’s settled on sep 15th. Recently i got a call from chase bank that the merchant HVAC heroes have denied the dispute on October 4th, just days before closing. They didn’t pick up my call and never reached out. (See texts to Triston) You did a terrible job which didn’t fix anything and i still paid you for the part which was not even needed and you are still trying to scam me of more money. I guess you don’t know that i work for Chase bank and wont let it go easily. The owner Triston and this company is a cheat.”

“Very friendly people, very motivated to make sure the customer is satisfied. The workers who installed the unit were also quite friendly and willing to work with me to make any requests happen. It did take a few weeks and 4-5 trips to my house before the system was able to be fully installed, and it was a bit like pulling teeth where I had to constantly contact the company to get them to finish the job. They were willing to work around my own work schedule which I was very appreciative of. Overall a decent company with decent HVAC brands, just be prepared to be the driving force. My unit was installed well and has been more efficient than my previous system so far!”

They answered my phone call and communicated every step until the tech showed up at my house that afternoon. Customer service, doing a good job and doing what is right is how they model their business …. If you need HVAC support you should absolutely give them a call!!”
