“What a great company! Josue Durand did a great job of explaining everything and check every box of what we needed to take care of. We love the new program they have for having your household needs checked to make sure everything is in working order. A/C - check - all running as it should. Next will be our waterheater - Draining - cleaning out and filling back up. and as well know TX heat - no need for the furnace yet - but that will happen come fall. You will not be making a mistake by having this company come work for you ! Great job - on time - courteous - and best of all... They have a great team of employees!”

“Over July 4th weekend, we noticed our downstairs AC was running for very long hours and still not keeping up with our thermostat settings. My first thought was this is going to be an expensive service call on a holiday weekend. I contacted Minuteman Heating & AC because of the excellent service they had provided with a drain problem on one of our units in the past. I was surprised to find that do not have special holiday or weekend fees like many other service companies do. Conrado Garcia came out early on July 5th. He was very courteous and professional. He was even friendly with our two Boxer dogs. After a very thorough inspection of outside and inside units, he found a freon leak in one of the bottom tube joints in our outside compressor for the downstairs area. After discussing the cost for disassembly of that unit, repairing the leak, and then reassembly of that unit, Conrado inspected the other units and provided price comparisons on my options. My system was over 10 years old and the warranty was expired. I opted to replace the entire downstairs and upstairs system due to favorable pricing and available discounts. I was surprised again when they got me booked for the next day, July 6th. Bryan Soto and Jose arrived on time early morning and started working. Both men were courteous and professional the entire time they were here. Bonus again, they were both very friendly to our Boxers. With the new system installation, we also opted for duct and vent cleaning. Bryan and Jose worked very hard throughout the day and completed everything. They did an excellent job all around. After they left, I went upstairs and outside, expecting to do the typical clean up after the workers leave. Surprise again - everything was spotless and I could not even tell they had been there, other than seeing my new system. I have used several HVAC service companies in the past. I very highly recommend Minuteman Heating & AC. They will be my go to company from now on for all service needs. As I mentioned before, they are courteous, professional, friendly, and very respectful of their customers property. This service job was a good experience in all aspects.”

“CONRADO SERVICE TECH AND BRAYAN AND JOSE INSTALLERS IS A SUPERIOR ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY. I WILL BEGIN WITH CONRADO. HE TURNED WHAT WOULD HAVE BEEN A CHORE INTO A FUN STRESS FREE EXPERIENCE . He was extremely knowledgeable, offered clear communication throughout. His attention to detail and customer care is beyond reproach. Conrado remained at my residence until he had my AC operational until one could be installed the goods. This Bryce to Brayan and Jose the Installers. They arrived at my Residence about 0800AM. They didn’t waste time but immediately began offloading started the disassemble of the old unit installment of the new one. The kept me abreast of the progress and time of completion. Once everything was completed , a brief demonstration was performed and everything was operational. Once they packed everything up, it was amazing how neat everything was left extremely neat. Outstanding crew.”

“The actual service was fantastic, 5 stars. Jake and his partner (name slipped my mind, sorry) were quick, thoughtful of their surroundings, polite, friendly, and good cleaner-uppers. Now the scheduling was quite another story, 1 star. The team arrived 27 hours (29 hours if you count the beginning of the window) after first scheduled. Even on the second day, they came at 5:00 to START working when scheduled for noon to 2:00. This was not the fault of the workers. I was the one to ask where the workers were an hour after the end of that window on both days. It seemed like I was bothering them and should have known that they were coming and working as long as it takes. It is a good thing that I did not have evening plans!!!”
