“Cesar, the sales technician from Airco, was very knowledgeable, honest and made me trust they will deliver a quality trane ac and heating system at a affordable price. I always base decisions on honest people who make the process seamless and Cesar did that and we will install the new system within 24 hrs! Awesome timing as we are selling our home and having this as a added selling feature is important. Airco customer service was also excellent to speak with to set the quote up! Trane ac supply highly recommended Airco and so do I.”

“I was excited to hear that James would be servicing my property again. Having your air conditioner go out during the hottest part of the year is stressful enough, and my system needed parts installed before it could be up and running again. James came out promptly, installed the necessary parts, and got everything working again. What I appreciate most is that he doesn’t just fix the problem and leave. He takes the time to explain what’s going on, what the parts do, and why they’re needed. He walked me through every step of the process and helped me better understand my system, which I truly appreciated. His attention to detail, patience, and willingness to answer questions never go unnoticed. I always feel more informed and confident after he leaves. Most importantly, I trust James every time he comes out and feel a sense of security knowing he’s taking care of our air conditioner. It’s hard to find someone who is both highly knowledgeable and genuinely cares about their customers, but James is one of those people. “Juan and his crew installed our heat pump. They were very polite and cleaned up after all work was done. They did a perfect job of installing the system and everything is working as expected. Chrisopher and crew cleaned our vents perfectly and Jaime balanced the air flow. All crews were very professional and punctual. Mike who was our first contact was also great. This is a very well organized company.”

“I have been using Airco for more than 7 years now. I have the membership that allows two tuneups a year. I just called to schedule my summer maintenance/ tuneup service but was shocked to be told by Erica in customer service that they are fully booked for the whole summer to come and do inspections but I can get my inspection done in the next fall. They can come for emergency and I have to pay $65 for the visit but they choose not to come do inspections. So question to any of the mangers there, why are you charging me $15 a month for a service that you refuse to do. As a customer I am paying $180 a year for a specific service and now you are telling me you are fully booked to come and do service?? So how come you have enough employees to come for emergency and me paying $65 for a visit but you don’t have enough employees to do the service on the AC? This is rip off, you are forcing your 7 years customers to pay extra for a fully paid service. Completely disappointed on how the company is just trying to charge extra for a paid service. That how you start losing business. I don’t recommend the membership to anyone. You are basically paying a monthly fee for nothing.”
