Their pricing was reasonable and much less than of one of the other companies I had called. So far, I have been very pleased with their service and support. “Extremely pleased with the service we have consistently received. They were recommended to us by a neighbor for maintenance of our system twice a year. Always on time, always courteous. We contacted them once for an issue with our older AC, having recently purchased our home and not ready for a new system, but knowing one would be needed eventually. They made the repair easily and that held up a bit. Within 6 months, we had a "heads up" issue that was still able to be handled without buying a new system, however, we decided to go ahead and not tempt fate and move ahead with a new system and we chose to redo all the duct work. They handled everything wonderfully, gave us some options on brand, size, seer rating. Our install was done in a day, from early that AM till roughly 9 PM. From there they came back within a few days to check the system and air flow. The main Tech, called the next day to see if we were ok with temps on our first night. Every few days, for several weeks, they called us and/or came by to make adjustments to vents, returns, etc. It's been about 6 weeks now, and they are still tweaking the system according to our input, and our system is running well. Air where we need it most, and getting all areas to feel "even". The staff that have consistently been in our home for a few weeks now are the most courteous I have ever experienced....I'm about to offer them meals if they keep coming. Use them, you won't be disappointed!”

Within a few minutes, he emerged from the attic triumphantly and then clearly explained the issue and the solution. He was thorough, and spoke in terms I could understand.
