“I had a very disappointing experience with this A/C company in Dripping Springs. A technician named Ray Garrison repeatedly told us repairs had been completed, but our system continued having the same problems. We had to call multiple times with no resolution. At one point, we were told that a dead gecko was the reason the system was malfunctioning. Because the issues continued, we hired another company for a second opinion. After reviewing the invoices and inspecting the system, they informed us that some of the work we had been billed for did not appear to have been performed. I also discovered that the company phone number on the invoice had been crossed out and replaced with Ray’s personal number, which made it difficult to communicate directly with the business owner. When I contacted the owner to explain the situation and request reimbursement, I was told that because I had been communicating directly with Ray, the responsibility was somehow mine. I trusted this company because the owner was connected through friends, which makes the experience even more upsetting. I would strongly encourage others to get detailed documentation and a second opinion before authorizing expensive HVAC repairs. During my conversation with the owner, I was left with the impression that there had been prior concerns about this technician and that he was being given another chance. That made the situation even more concerning to me, especially after what we experienced.”

The technician, Ray, was very knowledgeable and experienced, also courteous and professional, and showed a genuine interest in solving our problem and even followed up multiple times to be sure everything was working. He even worked around our schedule. Best contractor company of any kind I’ve ever worked with!”
