“I rarely leave reviews, but after my experience I feel other customers should know what happened if I could leave zero stars I certainly would. I had an HVAC issue that lasted nearly a month. This company came to my home twice, and unfortunately neither visit resolved the problem. During those visits, I was told different things, including that refrigerant had been added or removed and that holes in my ductwork had been repaired. Despite those statements, my home continued to have high humidity, poor cooling performance, and the issue remained unresolved. I was also told the owner would be coming to my home, but after following up, that never happened. Throughout the process, communication was inconsistent and frustrating. What concerned me most was that my property management company was informed that my HVAC system was operating properly and that no issues were found, even though my home continued experiencing elevated humidity, poor cooling, and unusually high electric bills, though the said tech told myself, my mother, my uncle, and husband he found all these issues and fixed them. Eventually, my property management company hired a different HVAC company. They spent several hours diagnosing the system, found multiple mechanical issues, repaired them, corrected the refrigerant-related problems, and after their repairs the AC immediately began blowing cold air and maintaining the set temperature. The humidity also began improving. This confirmed there were legitimate issues with the system that had not been resolved during the previous two service calls. I understand that HVAC issues can sometimes be difficult to diagnose, but telling a customer and the property management company that everything is working properly when the problem remains unresolved is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I hope they improve their diagnostics, communication, and quality of service so other customers don’t have to go through the same ordeal.”
