“Worked with Cody/Lance and their team this week to replace our 1970s mainline, add two cleanouts, flushed out my water heater and finally add a filtration system for clean water. I think the team went above and beyond on it in a good way especially for such a big project. There was a lot of digging under the house to be done but I felt the whole process was professional and the work was good quality. They were very clear about the scheduling and communication was very good as well. Overall, I see it as a job well done and I’ll be using Medley again in the future.”

“Called around a few places for a clogged sink and was getting two to three days for an appointment. Made a call to Medley and they made a same day appointment. Shawn came by, was very professional and courteous. Price was fair, he didn’t try to dump extra work or charges on the trip. “I’ve been using Medley for several years now and feel incredibly lucky to have chosen them. They are consistently on time and have a way of explaining technical issues in simple, human language that anyone can understand. Their maintenance is thorough, and their emergency response time—even on weekends—is remarkably fast. I’ve left messages after hours and had a technician at my door as soon as possible, even on a Saturday evening when an extra project was added to the list to ensure everything was perfect. What truly sets them apart, however, is their accountability. Last winter, I trusted them to upgrade one of my units. Because of the freezing temperatures during the install, we couldn't fully test the condenser at the time. When the first warm spell hit, the unit unfortunately failed after the first day. Medley sent a technician immediately, but when the issue persisted after the first fix, the leadership truly stepped up. I want to give a massive shout-out to the owner, Mr. Texas, and also to Mr. Sean, who contacted me personally in the evening to ensure the situation would be resolved. It was refreshing to see them stand firmly behind the products they recommend while showing genuine empathy for my situation. They listened, worked with me for the best outcome, and never once tried to dodge responsibility or "push me around." This level of service and personal accountability is rare these days. Medley deserves every bit of success and appreciation for the high-quality work they do. I wouldn't go anywhere else.”
