“We had family coming over for a holiday gathering. The late afternoon before the holiday, our AC stopped working. I called One Hour and Michael Bell came out that same evening. Mr. Bell accessed our problem and explained why we needed an entirely new HVAC system. He was very knowledgeable and helped us through the whole process. He scheduled service for us to have a new HVAC system installed the very next morning! Agustin Delgado came out at 8am sharp the next morning... on a holiday! Delgado and his assistant removed our old system, installed a new one, and packing up the old one to haul it off just before our relatives arrived. They were life-savers! You can't go wrong with this company!”

“Awesome fast service and Joe (technician) was awesome. Would definitely recommend. Only knock is that I would have expected the service trip cost to be deducted from the repairs. It wasn’t so the cost was too high give the relative ease of the repair (a simple capacitor).”
