“Jason was amazing and professional. He provided an outstanding service in installing our faucets in two bathrooms yesterday the 1st of June 2026. He was very efficient, courteous, fast and friendly. The 2 faucets is working perfectly now. He is also very honest. I forgot my wrist watch under the faucet cabinet, and Jason found it and turned it in. He cleaned up surfaces where he works and that made his job very neat. We are very impressed and satisfied with his work. Jason is surely an asset to Sirius and American Home Shield.”

“Terry from Sirius Plumbing & A/C did an outstanding job providing our annual A/C tune-up in April 2026. He called ahead of time to let us know when he was coming, then let us know by text when he arrived. When we told him our daughter was visiting and had to be on the phone in the office for her work, he very courteously offered to reschedule if this was a bad time. We assured him it was OK to do the tune-up. The entire time he was here, he remained very quiet and professional. He was efficient, yet thorough, and he explained everything in terms we could understand. He recommended a duct cleaning then completed an estimate for the job right there on the spot. Kudos to Terry for a job well done. And our thanks to Sirius for hiring competent, professional technicians like Terry.”

“Bryan Grelle did an outstanding job repairing our AC. He was polite, very calm, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how deeply knowledgeable he is — he quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained what was wrong, and walked us through the solution in a way that was easy to understand. He worked efficiently and made sure everything was running perfectly before he left. It’s rare to find a technician who combines expertise with such a respectful and reassuring attitude. “I was so impressed with this company at first, but that soon changed. My fan on my outside AC unit wasn’t spinning. I called my home warranty and they assigned Sirius to the job. They came out and of course as always happens, it was working… so nothing they could do. Completely understandable but a couple of days later it stopped again so I got a video and notified them again. They came back out and this time they said they had to let my warranty know and see what was approved and that someone would call. Scott called the next day and told me they couldn’t fix it, it would either need a complete new system for the discounted rate of 9400 (apparently if you have AHS they pay a portion as retail is 15000 to 18000) or at least the complete condenser. (AHS) covered the unit but to get it to code it was going to be 3200. This left a bad taste in my mouth so I called another company for a second opinion… they came out diagnosed the fan motor and replaced it in less than an hour! Now they also told me it’s an old unit and it is going to need to be replaced and their price was 10000 without any warranty company involvement. But they gave me options and not just the most expensive! I just feel like Sirius really didn’t care what was wrong they just wanted to sell me a whole new system! Very disappointing”

“BEWARE and get a second opinion. AHS assigned this company to come out and assess an HVAC communication issue. The technician came out and looked at the unit and said the cause was something not covered by AHS even though he could not definitively prove this. He called AHS and told them this so they would deny our claim all while sending us quotes for a completely new HVAC system. I called a different company to take a look. They immediately said the technician was full of it and was trying to get a new HVAC system out of us. Dishonest and poor business practice. If you choose to go with this company, think twice or at minimum get a second opinion before spending a dime with them. If you’re with AHS, consider asking for a different company or plan to waste the $100 service fee like we did. Planning to escalate further.”
